Take it back and demand that the problem be sorted out, get Hyundai involved directly if you feel that will help resolve it faster. 2008 Hyundai i30 rattling. As posted elsewhere, soon to tick over 90 000km (in just under 2 yr 2 mth) without a hitch in our 1.6 CRDi manual and other than rev limit issue, which was dealt with very professionally by Hyundai and fixed, we have not had an issue.
